Mexicana Chicken


Ingredients

  • Chicken (Boneless, julienned) ½ kg
  • Tomatoes (Blanched, deseeded, chopped) 2
  • Onion (Thinly sliced) 1
  • Capsicum (Julienned) 1
  • Tomato (Julienned) 1
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Salt (Leveled) 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Suree Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Hoisen Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper (Heaped) ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
Method

  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and add 1 tsp garlic paste with ½ kilo julienned chicken. Fry for 5 minutes.Add 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper. Then add sliced onion, ½ cup sweet corn, 1 tomato and 1 julienned capsicum.Lastly add 2 chopped tomatoes, stir and dish out.Serve with dinner rolls
