Mexicana Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken (Boneless, julienned) ½ kg
- Tomatoes (Blanched, deseeded, chopped) 2
- Onion (Thinly sliced) 1
- Capsicum (Julienned) 1
- Tomato (Julienned) 1
- Sweet corn ½ cup
- Salt (Leveled) 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Suree Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Hoisen Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Black pepper (Heaped) ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and add 1 tsp garlic paste with ½ kilo julienned chicken. Fry for 5 minutes.Add 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper. Then add sliced onion, ½ cup sweet corn, 1 tomato and 1 julienned capsicum.Lastly add 2 chopped tomatoes, stir and dish out.Serve with dinner rolls
