Haryali Fish Steak
Ingredients:
- Fish ½ kg
- Green Coriander 3 tbsp
- Small Green Chilies 6
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Together blend, green coriander, chopped green chilies, salt, coriander, cumin, vibegar, chopped garlic and water. Blend it.Apply the paste on the fish. And keep it for an hoor.Add 2 tbsp in the pan and fry it.
