Haryali Fish Steak


Ingredients:
  • Fish ½ kg
  • Green Coriander 3 tbsp
  • Small Green Chilies 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Together blend, green coriander, chopped green chilies, salt, coriander, cumin, vibegar, chopped garlic and water. Blend it.Apply the paste on the fish. And keep it for an hoor.Add 2 tbsp in the pan and fry it.
