Prawn Soup
Ingredients
- Prawn 1 cup
- Green Coriander (hara dhaniya) - 1 bunch
- Garlic1-2 cloves
- Green Chilli- 2-3
- Chicken or Prawn Stock - 500 gram (half kg)
- Salt - as to your taste
- Chinese Salt(ajino moto) - half tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - half tsp
- White Pepper Powder - half tsp
- Corn Starch / Corn Flour - 1-2 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Oil - 1-2 TSP
- Sabse pahle pan me 1 tsp oil shamil karen,phir lehsan kuchal kar phir chop kr k oil mein shamil karen,colour change hone pe prawn jo boiled hungy unhein chop kr k daalein ,chaahein to bina pakaye prawn bhi chop kr k oil n lehsan k sath daal sakte hn n inko phir saute karen,aur yahan tak k pani dry hojaye, saath hi hari mirch aur hara dhaniya chop kar k chamil karenaur dry karen, phir prawn ka ya to apna stock yah phir chicken ka stock bana k shamil karen,saath hi salt,chinese salt ,kali pissi mirch,safaid pissi mirch shamil karein aur gas flame tez kar dein aur ek cup mein 1-2 tbsp corn flour dissolve kr lein k thick rahy aur phir ubaltay stock mein shamil kr dein aur anda whisk kr k phentt kr shamil kr dein -
