Chana daal gosht


Ingredients
  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Gram lentil 1 cup boiled
  • Brown onion ½ cups
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole spices ½ tbsp
  • Korma masala ½ packet
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, fry for 1 minute add mutton with korma masala, brown onion and yogurt, cover and cook for 15 minutes then add 1 cup water again cover and cook till mutton done and water dries, add boiled daal, leave it on dum, sprinkle with all spice and coriander leaves. Serve with tandoori nan.
