Chana daal gosht
Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg
- Gram lentil 1 cup boiled
- Brown onion ½ cups
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whole spices ½ tbsp
- Korma masala ½ packet
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- Heat oil add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, fry for 1 minute add mutton with korma masala, brown onion and yogurt, cover and cook for 15 minutes then add 1 cup water again cover and cook till mutton done and water dries, add boiled daal, leave it on dum, sprinkle with all spice and coriander leaves. Serve with tandoori nan.
