Carrot mousse
Ingredients
- 1c Carrot puree
- 2 egg whites
- 1tb geleten
- 4 tb Sugar
- 1 pk Cream
- 1/2 t Essence
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 4 tb water
- Beat creme.Dissolve geleten Place sugar n water make mirrangueFold mirangue creme n puree softly.Mirangue:water n suger make sugar syp till beat whites till stiff add hot sugar water smoothly till stiff n creamy.Serve chilled.
