Carrot mousse



Ingredients
  • 1c Carrot puree
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1tb geleten
  • 4 tb Sugar
  • 1 pk Cream
  • 1/2 t Essence
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 4 tb water
Method.
  • Beat creme.Dissolve geleten Place sugar n water make mirrangueFold mirangue creme n puree softly.Mirangue:water n suger make sugar syp till beat whites till stiff add hot sugar water smoothly till stiff n creamy.Serve chilled.
