Sweet potato salad

Ingredients

• Potato peeled, cubed and boiled 2 cups
• Pineapple 1 cup
• Sweet corn ½ cup
• Capsicum ½ cup tiny cubes
• Salt ½ tsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Caster sugar 2 tbsp
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

Method

• Mix all together serve chilled.
