Garlic pizza bread
Ingredients for pizza dough
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Instant yeast 2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Warm water to knead
- Knead all together into a soft dough, leave to rise covered for 1 hour, punch down dough, spread in a well greased 10 inch pizza plate, spread base with oil then garlic paste, sprinkle parsley and paprika, bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 200 degree, remove, cut into wedges and serve.
