French Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
- Cucumber 3
- Dill 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Method:
- Peal and deseed cucumber cut into semi circle slices mix with al the seasonings curd and mayonnaise..Serve over a bed of salad leaves decorate with tomato.
