Chat pata salad
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast 2 boiled and coarsely chopped
- Cucumber 1 chopped
- Tomato 1 chopped seeds remove
- Apple 1 chopped
- Potato 1 large peeled, chopped and boiled
- Sweet corn ½ cup
Ingredients for dressing
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp heaped
- Milk ¼ cup
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted and crushed ½ tsp
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
Method
- Mix all together and serve chilled.
