Afghani tangri kabab


Ingredients
  • Chicken drumsticks 8
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Hung curd ½ cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Onion rings to serve
Method
  • Give cuts on drumsticks, marinate with all the given ingredients for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 180 degree C, put chicken on wire rack and grill for 30 minutes, brushing with oil in between. Serve with onion rings and chatni.
