Jali wale fried chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs as required
- Egg 3 beaten
Method
- Boil chicken with 2 cups water add Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Green chilies, grinded 1 tbsp, Salt 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp, Vinegar 2 tbsp till tender and water dries cool chicken and press chicken pieces into bread crumbs dip into well beaten eggs and deep fry till light golden.
