Sweet and Sour Cocktail Balls
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Onion 2 large chopped
- Green chilies 3
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Bread slices 2 large

- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Method
- Put all together in chopper and chopperized together well, make balls and deep fry. Insert tooth picks on each meat ball, toss in sauce and serve.
Ingredients for sauce
- Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pineapple juice ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Hoisen sauce 2 tbsp
Method for sauce
- Heat butter fry crushed garlic, add all the ingredients, cook till thick, place the balls in platter and pour the sauce over meat ball, serve garnish with parsley.
