Mixed Vegetable Raita
 

Ingredients
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Cucumber diced 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 small diced
  • Potatoes 1 small boiled and cubed
  • Tomato 1 cut in tiny cubes
  • Green chili 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  • Salt ½ tsp
Method
  • Beat yogurt with chili powder and salt, add all the vegetables, mix well, serve chilled.
