Dhuan Dhaar Kababs
Ingredients
- Boneless beef ½ kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Potatoes 2 boiled and mashed
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Onion 1 chopped
- Oil for shallow frying
Method
- Cook beef with all the seasonings and 1 cup of water till tender and dry, shred meat and mix in boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onion, corn flour, chopped hara masala, mix well, give dum of coal, make into kababs and shallow fry.
