Chicken Tikka kababs
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Onion 1 small grinded
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp heaped
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cut chicken into cubes, marinate chicken with all the above, leave it for 2 hours, thread chicken pieces on skewers, fry in 2tbsp oil on tawa, give dum of coal, serve with nan, onion rings, lemon and mint leaves.
