Dhaba Daal
Ingredients
- Moong ki daal 200 gm
- Spinach 1 cup finely chopped heaped
- Soya 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Green chilies 4 chopped
- Onion 1 small chopped
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ghee ¼ cup
- Whole red chilies 6
- White cumin whole 1 tsp
Method
- Wash and soak daal for 30 minutes, put 4 cups water in apian with soaked daal, turmeric, cook for 15 minutes till daal nearly done, put spinach, soya and green chilies, cover and cook till done, now add salt and give baghar with ghee and chopped onion, and whole red chilies.
