Chinnoti kunna
Ingredients
- Mutton 1 ½ kg big pieces
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
- Water ¼ cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Chili powder 3 tsp heaped
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp heaped
- Onion 1 large sliced
- Black cumin ¾ tsp
- Wheat flour ½ cup mixed into a thin paste with 1 cup water
- In a matka put ginger garlic, mixed with water, add ghee, mutton, chili powder, coriander, salt, turmeric and sliced onion, cook cover till its water dries, then fry well, add 3 cups water for mutton to get tender, add wheat flour paste, stirring all the time, lastly add crushed black cumin, cook till oil comes on top.
