Ingredients
- Semolina 250 gm
- Oil ½ cup
- Peas ¼ cup
- Tomatoes 1 chopped into tiny cubes seeds removed
- Cashew nuts 10 to 12
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Red chili whole 6
Method
- Heat ¼ cup oil fry semolina, when the suji turns light golden, remove from pan, put rest of the oil and fry cashew nuts, remove add all the ingredients, add suji, cashew nuts, peas, tomato and finally add 1 ½ cup of water, cook on low heat for 15 minutes on dum.
