Podina paratha


Ingredients
  • Flour 2 ½ cups
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ghee ¼ cup + ¼ cup
  • Water as required
  • Mint leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
Method
  • Mix flour, salt, ¼ cup ghee mix, knead with water, cover and keep for 1 hour, shape the dough into balls, flatten into a round, apply with remaining ghee, sprinkle finely chopped mint leaves, roll like a Swiss roll, cut into balls, and roll into 6 inch roti, heat tawa and cook till done. Serve hot.
