Milk Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients
  • Cadbury 6 ounces
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Nuttela 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 ounces
  • Gelatin 1 tsp dissolved in ¼ cup water
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
Method
  • Melt chocolate over pan of boiling water, add in butter and milk, mix well, also add in nuttela, keep aside, beat eggs with sugar till double in volume, add essence, fold in chocolate and gelatin dissolved mixture, also fold in the whipped cream, pour into small cups or glasses, decorate with fresh cream and chocolate decorations, serve chilled.
