Dahi koftay
Ingredients
- Mince ½ kg
- Papaya grinded 1 tsp heaped
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4 chopped
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Yogurt whipped 1 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 chopped
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Marinate mince with salt, papaya, chili powder, ginger garlic, gram flour, lemon juice, coriander leaves, green chilies, chopped onion and allspice. Shape into koftas and pan fry. Remove in a serving dish, pour topping over the kababs, give dum of coal and serve.
