Orange marmalade cake


Ingredients
  • Fresh Kino juice ½ cup
  • Butter 12 ounces
  • Orange essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 ¼ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Eggs 5 large
  • Flour 3 ½ cup
  • Walnuts coarsely crushed 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • For topping
  • Marmalade 3 tbsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
Method
  • Grease and flour 10 inches tube pan at low speed, beat butter, essence till just blended increase speed to high, beat till light and fluffy, start adding in one egg at a time alternating with ¼ cup flour and 2 tbsp of orange juice, now fold in yogurt and walnuts, pour mixture in the prepared pan, bake on 150 degree C for 1 hour, unmold after 5 minutes, pour topping.
