Makai ki roti


Ingredients
  • Makai ka aata 250 gm
  • Wheat flour 250 gm
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Luke warm water to knead
Method
  • Knead and make peara, roll between 2 sheets of plastic, cut with a lid to make a perfect round, fry on tawa adding ghee.
