Henny Penny Chicken


Ingredients:
  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Cream1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Ketchup ½ cups
  • Mushrooms sliced 4
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
  • Heat oil, add garlic paste, chicken with salt, pepper fry well,Add flour with 1 cup water, ketchup, cream, mushrooms,Cook till thick and chicken tender.Serve with egg fried rice.
