Henny Penny Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Oil ¼ cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Cream1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Ketchup ½ cups
- Mushrooms sliced 4
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add garlic paste, chicken with salt, pepper fry well,Add flour with 1 cup water, ketchup, cream, mushrooms,Cook till thick and chicken tender.Serve with egg fried rice.
