Fisherman’s catch


Ingredients
  • Fish fillet 4 boneless
  • Prawns 6 with tails
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Egg 1 beaten with 1 tbsp milk
  • Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
Method
  • Marinate fish and prawns with all the seasonings and lemon juice, dip in beaten egg and milk mixture, roll in bread crumbs and cheese mixture, deep fry. Serve with fries and tartar sauce.
Ingredients for tartar sauce
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Boiled white of an egg 1 tbsp chopped
  • Pickled onion finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies finely chopped ¼ tsp
  • Parsley chopped finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method
  • Mix altogether in mayonnaise, serve with seafood dishes.
