Brownie cookie and cream trifle
Ingredients
- Brownies 6
- Cookies 10 – 12
- Whipped cream 8 ounces
- Chocolate chips ½ cup
- Nuttella 4 tbsp
- Vanilla ½ tsp
Ingredients for chocolate custard
Method
- Beat cream add sugar and vanilla essence, make chocolate custard, cool, mix with nuttella, keep aside, crush cookies, fold in whipped cream, divide cream in 2 parts, 1 one part add 2 tbsp of nutella.
To assemble
- Take a transparent trifle bowl spread brownie on the base, spread cookie cream mixture over it, place cookies on the cream layer lining the sides of the bowl with cookies, spread brownie chunks in the center of bowl now pour nutella swirled cream over the brownie and cookie layer, pipe out cream on top, sprinkle cookie crumbs and chocolate chips and arrange brownie chunks on top, serve chilled.
