Aalu Bukhara chatni
Ingredients
- Aalu Bukhara 250 gm wash well, soak in water for 2 hours
- Sugar 2 cups
- Red color pinch
- Green cardamom grinded ½ tsp
- Char maghaz 1 tsp
Method
- Cook sugar with water from soaked aalu Bukhara, when it thick add cardamom powder, aalu Bukhara, color, cook for 5 minutes and remove.
