Hyderabadi chicken masala
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onion brown and grinded 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Almonds 10 roasted and grinded
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
- White cumin seeds roasted and grinded 1 tbsp
- Button red chilies 15 roasted and grinded
Method
- Roast and grind all the above slices finely, marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, all above roasted and grinded masala and leave it for 1 hour, heat oil add marinated chicken, cover and cook for 15 minutes add 1 cup water cover and leave it on dum.
