Hyderabadi chicken masala


Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion brown and grinded 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Almonds 10 roasted and grinded
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
  • White cumin seeds roasted and grinded 1 tbsp
  • Button red chilies 15 roasted and grinded
Method
  • Roast and grind all the above slices finely, marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, all above roasted and grinded masala and leave it for 1 hour, heat oil add marinated chicken, cover and cook for 15 minutes add 1 cup water cover and leave it on dum.
