White chocolate chips cookie
Ingredients
- Butter 5 ounces 125 gm
- Brown sugar 5 ounces
- Egg 1
- Self raising flour 7 ounces
- Salt ¼ tsp
- White chocolate chips ¾ cup
- Walnuts ½ cup crushed
Method
- Beat butter, gradually adding in brown sugar, beat till light and fluffy, add salt and 1 egg, beat for 3 to 4 minutes add self raising flour, beat for 1 minute, stop beater, fold in white chocolate chips and walnuts, mix slightly, scoop cookies with cookie scoop on a butter paper lined cookie sheet, put cookies on interval leaving space between them bake for 15 minutes until done.
