Mini chapli burger


Ingredients
  • Mince double machined ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Coarsely crushed pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Onion finely chopped ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp finely chopped
  • Green chilies 3 finely chopped
  • Mint leaves 8 to 10 chopped
  • Eggs 2
  • Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes
  • Mini burger buns 1 dozens
  • Khati methi imli chatni ½ cup
  • Cucumber 1 cut into slices
  • Salad leaves as required
Method
  • Mix all above in bowl mince double machined ½ kg, Salt 1 tsp, Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped, White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp, Coarsely crushed pomegranate seeds 1 tsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, Allspice 1 tsp, Coriander seeds roasted and crushed 1 tsp, Wheat flour 2 tbsp heaped, Onion finely chopped ½ cup, Coriander leaves 2 tbsp finely chopped, Green chilies 3 finely chopped, Mint leaves 8 to 10 chopped, Eggs 2, Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes and knead very well make into small kababs and shallow fry, cut burger buns into half, heat, put salad leaves, mini chapli kababs, top with chatni, slice of cucumber, cover with burger buns and serve immediately.
