Makhni Mutton Karhai
Ingredients:
- Mutton boiled ½ kg small botis
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
- Butter 2 ounce+2 ounce
- Oil ¼ cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves as required
- Green chilies as required
- Ginger julienne as required
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Roasted coriander 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat butter and oil.Add mutton boiled fry for 5 mins with ginger garlic paste, add salt cover and cook for 10 mins.Add crushed black pepper, red pepper, coriander crushed cover and cook.Then add yogurt and 2 tbsp butter in the end.Lastly add Ginger julienne, Coriander leaves, Green chilies, all spice and cook covered till oil comes on the top.
