Chatpati fried tawa Kaleji
Ingredients for kaleji Masala:
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 15
Method for kaleji masala:
- Roast and grind the masala all together
Ingredients for kaleji gravy:
- Oil ½ cup
- Liver 1
- Water ¼ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped as required
- Green chilies chopped as required
Method for kaleji gravy:
- Heat oil on a tawa, add finely crushed piece of liver. Fry for 2 minsAdd the roasted and crushed masala.Fry well, add ¼ cup of water.Lastly add salt, lemon juice, ginger sliced, chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
