Special korma
Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Brown onion 4 tbsp grinded
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Almonds 10
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 10 to 12
- Whole green chilies 4
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- Beat yogurt, mix with all above grinded masala except brown onion and chopped hara masala, heat oil add 1 stick cinnamon, 4 green cardamom, add your mutton, fry well, add in yogurt with all the masala, fry well, add 2 cups water, cover and cook till meat tender then add brown onion crushed, coriander and mint leaves, saffron, when oil comes on top, remove.
