Chinoti stuffed chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg whole
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Ground to a paste
- Tomato 1 small
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 8 to 10
- Green chilies 6
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
Ingredients for stuffing
- Boiled eggs 2
- Aalu Bukhara 6
- Onion 1 chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 3
Method
- Grind together all the masala, marinate your chicken with ground spices, Salt 1 tsp, Chili powder 1 tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Allspice ½ tsp, prick well, leave to marinate for 1 hour, fill chicken with stuffing, tie with thread, heat oil, fry chicken on low heat on both the sides till light golden, add remaining masala with half cup water, leave it to cook on low flame, serve with fries.
