Chanay ki Tarkari
Ingredients:
- 250 grams White chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 small onion
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 3 green chilies
- 2 tsp yogurt
- 1 ½ cup water
Method:
- Boil the chickpeas with ¼ tsp of salt in water.Heat the oil in a pan.Add ginger, garlic, red chili powder, cumin, salt, turmeric, green chilies and fry well.Add 2 sp yogurt and cook more.Add water and cook.Add the boiled chick peas and cook till it gets 2 boils.Serve with purees.
