Chanay ki Tarkari


Ingredients:
  • 250 grams White chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 3 green chilies
  • 2 tsp yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup water
Method:
  • Boil the chickpeas with ¼ tsp of salt in water.Heat the oil in a pan.Add ginger, garlic, red chili powder, cumin, salt, turmeric, green chilies and fry well.Add 2 sp yogurt and cook more.Add water and cook.Add the boiled chick peas and cook till it gets 2 boils.Serve with purees.
