Afghani korma
Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg boiled
- Onion chopped 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Whole red chilies 8
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
Method
- Boil mutton for ½ and hour, heat oil add chopped onion till light golden add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, fry well add boiled mutton with leftover stock and crumbled whole red pepper and yogurt, cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously, simmer on low flame for another 10 minutes, lastly add lemon juice, Kewra, allspice and remove.
