Fish Pie
Ingredients:
- ½ kg. fish boiled.
- 2 eggs.1 ½ cup milk
- 11/2 oz cheese
- Flour 2 tbsp heaped
- 2 ozs. Bread crumb
- 11/2 oz. butter
- Salt, pepper and mustard to taste
Method:
- Boil the fish, flake. Keep aside. Make white sauce, mix the boiled fish in this . speread in a oven proof dish top with bread crumbs cheese beaten eggs. Bake on 180 C for 20 mins. Serve hot.
