Tomato Ketchup 


Ingredients:
  • 2 kg tomatoes
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Sugar 250 grams
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red color
Method:
  • Chop 2 kg tomatoes in big cubes, boil without water for 30 mins then blend and strain puree with a fine sieve.Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached.Cool, fill in sterilized bottle.
