Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients:
- 2 kg tomatoes
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Sugar 250 grams
- ½ cup vinegar
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp red color
Method:
- Chop 2 kg tomatoes in big cubes, boil without water for 30 mins then blend and strain puree with a fine sieve.Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached.Cool, fill in sterilized bottle.
