Mango squash


Ingredients
  • Mango Puree 1 kg
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Citric acid 2 tbsp
  • Meta bisulphate 1/8 tsp
  • Water 1 kg
Method
  • Peel, chop and blend mangoes into a puree. Mix with sugar, water and strain the juice with a plastic sieve add citric acid and meta bisulphate, dissolve each separately in ¼ cup water add both to the juice mix well fill in sterilized bottles, shake the bottle daily use after a week.
