Ingredients
- Mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp heaped
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion 2 chopped
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Tomatoes 3 chopperized
- Eggs 4
Method
- Heat oil add onion, fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste, mince, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, crushed cumin, chopperized tomatoes, fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add 4 beaten eggs, mix lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies and remove, serve add sehri with frozen paratha.
