Keema aur anday special


Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion 2 chopped
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Tomatoes 3 chopperized
  • Eggs 4
Method
  • Heat oil add onion, fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste, mince, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, crushed cumin, chopperized tomatoes, fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add 4 beaten eggs, mix lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies and remove, serve add sehri with frozen paratha.
