Besan kay kabab
Ingredients
- Mince 250 gm
- Onion finely chopped 1 cup
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 3 tbsp
- Gram flour 4 tbsp heaped
- Garlic 1 tsp leveled
- Soda by carb 1/8 tsp
- Mint finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp heaped
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Water 2 – 3 tbsp
Method
- Mix all above well, make into balls, fry on high flame till golden. Lower flame fry till dark brown and crisp.
