Besan kay kabab


Ingredients
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Onion finely chopped 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 3 tbsp
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp heaped
  • Garlic 1 tsp leveled
  • Soda by carb 1/8 tsp
  • Mint finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Water 2 – 3 tbsp
Method
  • Mix all above well, make into balls, fry on high flame till golden. Lower flame fry till dark brown and crisp.
