Malida
Ingredients
- Flour ½ kg
- Ghee 1 cup melted
- Salt pinch
- Almonds grinded ½ cup
- Pistachio grinded ½ cup
- Green cardamom grinded 1 tsp heaped
- Caster sugar 1 cup
Method
- Sieve flour add salt and ghee, mix with your finger tips till it resembles bread crumbs, now add enough Luke warm water and knead into a soft dough, make balls roll to a dinner plate size roti, cook on very low flame on tawa from both sides, don’t brown, now break the roti into tiny pieces and chopperise into bread crumbs, add caster sugar to taste, almonds, pistachio, cardamom powder, mix everything well, enjoy with milk.
