Roman pie


Ingredients
  • Mice 250 gm
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Potatoes boiled and mashed 4
  • Tomato slice 2
  • Eggs 3 boiled and sliced
  • Rice boiled 1 cup
  • Butter 2 ounce
Method
  • Heat oil fry onion transparent, add mince with salt, pepper and vinegar, add in flour with ½ cup water, cover and cook till done, remove. Boil and mash potatoes with butter 1 ounce, salt and pepper ¼ tsp each, milk ½ cup, keep aside. In a pie dish, spread tomato and egg slice, give a layer of boil rice, then mince, then cooked mince, cover with egg slices, fill mash potatoes in icing bags, pipe with start nozzle all over, brush with eggs, sprinkle cheese, dot with butter and bake on 180 degree for 15 minutes.
