Gum Paste


Ingredients:
  • 250 grams fondant
  • Tylose Powder ½ tsp
  • Egg white beaten 1
  • Crisco shortening ½ tsp
Method:
  • Add tylose powder to the fondant and knead.Then add Crisco and egg white.Keep it over night in an airtight zip lock bag use it when mature. Knead well before use.
