Creamy Beef Pasta


Ingredients
  • Beef undercut (juliennes) ½ kg
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Button mushroom ½ cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fruit vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 200 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Pasta boiled ½ packet
  • Basil ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp 
Method
  • Boil ½ packet pasta and keep aside.Cut ½ kg beef undercut into juliennes.Heat 2 tbsp and 2 tbsp butter together in a wok. Add in sliced beef and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.Now add ½ tsp basil leaves and ½ tsp oregano. Cook till the color of beef turn to golden brown.Then add 1 sliced capsicum, ½ cup sliced mushroom, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp fruit vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.Lastly add 200 gm fresh cream and boiled pasta, toss it very well and dis it out.
