Walnut Chicken Pate
Ingredients
- Celery stick 1
- Spring onion 1
- Walnut 100 gm
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Dill chopped ¼ bunch
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- Cream cheese 4 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Boiled eggs 2
- Chicken breast boiled 2
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- French bread 1
Method
- Boil 100 gm walnut with a little water for 1 – 2 minutes.In a bowl mix together boiled walnut, chopped spring onion, chopped parsley, chopped dill, chopped celery stick and mix well.Then add in Worchester sauce, cottage cheese and 4 tbsp cream cheese.Also add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and 2 boiled egg. Mix well and keep aside. In a separate bowl mix together 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp garlic paste.Cut French bread into slices, spread each slice with a little butter mixture. now toast in grill pan till its color turn to golden brown.Remove in a platter, pour walnut mixture on top and garnish with salad leaves.
