PINEAPPLE SPLIT CAKE
Ingredients:
- Digestive biscuits 1 packet
- Low fat milk 2 cups
- Cottage Cheese as required
- Pineapple (cubes) ½ cup
- Low fat Cream 1 packet
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Chopped almonds 10
Method:
- Crush 1 packet digestive biscuits. In a sauce pan, add 2 cups low fat milk and 2 tbsp cornflour. cook it till it thickens. pour the custard in the dish and add in the crushed biscuits. add in some cottage cheese, 1 packet low fat cream and 2 tbsp brown sugar. beat it and add the biscuits on top of it. add in 1/2 cup pineapple cubes, low fat cream and 10 chopped almonds. pineapple split cake is ready to serve.
