Peanut butter Cupcakes


Ingredients
  • 55 gms butter
  • 225 gms light brown sugar
  • 115 gms crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tea spoons (level) baking powder
Method
  • Pre heat the oven to 180 deg c.Beat sugar and butter together in large mixing bowl.Once smooth, add peanut butter and stir well.Beat the eggs in gradually and add the vanilla essence.Sift the flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture using spatula while gradually adding the milk.Bake the cupcakes for 25 min or until firm to touch.Leave to cool.
