Pasta Medley
Ingredients
- Twist Pasta boiled ½ packet
- Celery stick 1
- Chicken breast 2
- Pistachios chopped 25 gm
- Garlic 2 – 3 cloves
- Carrot 1
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Fruit vinegar 1 tbsp
- Cream cheese 3 tbsp
- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 3 – 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown.Now add chicken breast and fry till its color is changed.Then add chopped pistachios, cream cheese, celery stick and fruit vinegar. Fry for 2 – 3 minutes.Add carrot cut into juliennes, salt to taste, crushed black pepper and 3 – 4 tbsp mayonnaise.Mix well, lastly add boiled pasta and toss till pasta is well coated. Dish it out and serve hot.
