LIGHT CHICKEN CURRY


Ingredients:
  • Chicken (14 pieces) 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 4
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Take 2 tbsp oil in the oil and add in 3 chopped onions in it. Take out the onion and add in chicken pieces, with some salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp turmeric. Mix onion with yogurt and when the water of the chicken dries add in yogurt, onion, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp red chili and 1 tbsp coriander seeds. Cook it on the low flame. Add in crushed 4 small cardamom and 1 tsp white cumin and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
